In 2003,
there were people who were saddened by the loss of their precious family members due to the disaster.
We started to think about what we could do to help,
and started to create very small things.
Tissues rolled up tightly...matches that wouldn't get wet...
That's how NextSafe began.
Lifekit
A loved one lost his life due to an injury in a disaster.
"If only I could have held on for one more minute..."
We thought about what would be most important in a disaster,
and we made a kit of items that could be used when someone is suddenly injured.
We called it a "Life Kit."
Duplus
To complete the kit needed for emergency situations, we needed first aid kits.
However, we began to question whether the first aid kits that we needed to use for safety were actually safe,
and we realized that we needed safe first aid kits that anyone could use with confidence.
We began to dream of first aid kits that use as many natural ingredients as possible, remove bad ingredients, and do not add unnecessary things.
Temperature
Due to abnormal climate worldwide, sudden and unpredictable temperature changes such as heat waves, heavy snow, and severe cold are becoming more severe.
In Korea, "heat waves" were designated as a national disaster, and products that could respond to heat wave emergencies were needed. We developed an all-in-one kit that could respond immediately to heat wave situations so that the military and health and safety personnel could respond safely. However, deaths due to heat waves are on the rise in many countries such as India and Thailand.
Developed countries can economically use air conditioning and emergency kits, but places that cannot do so cannot handle temperatures approaching 50℃ at a time. We decided to develop instant cooling and heating products that can respond immediately to heat waves and severe cold at a low cost for everyone in the world, and to build fully automated facilities to economically distribute them.
